Shipping & Return Policy

1. Order Processing and Shipping

 Tool Kit Delivery:

 After placing an order, customers will first receive a tool kit for creating dental impressions.

 The tool kit is shipped from our US Amazon warehouse or local fulfillment centers.

 Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.

 Custom Product Delivery:

 Once we receive the customers dental impressions, we will begin crafting their custom aligners or retainers.

 Custom aligners will ship out within 2-6 weeks from approval of the Treatment Preview.

 Retainers are custom-made products and take 2-5 weeks to ship.

 Custom products are shipped from our production facility using USPS or SF Express.

 Estimated delivery time: 10-15 business days from the shipping date.

 2. Returns & Exchanges

 Tool Kit Returns:

 Tool kits are non-refundable after being used or once the impression process has started.

 If the tool kit arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 7 days for a free replacement.

 Custom Product Returns:

 Due to the personalized nature of custom aligners and retainers, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 In case of manufacturing defects or incorrect products received, contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.

 3. Order Changes & Cancellations

 Orders can be modified or canceled only before the tool kit is shipped.

 Once the tool kit is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

 4. Shipping Delays & Issues

 We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

 Tracking information will be provided once your package is shipped.
