Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time for the tool kit is 4-7 business days.
Custom Product Delivery:

Order Processing Time: After receiving your dental impressions and approval of your Treatment Preview, production of your custom aligners begins immediately.
Custom aligners will ship out within 2-6 weeks of approval.
Retainers will ship out within 2-5 weeks of receiving impressions.
Shipping Time: Custom products are shipped via USPS or SF Express. Delivery typically takes 10-15 business days from the shipping date.
Total Delivery Time: The total delivery time for custom aligners is 12-21 business days, and for retainers is 12-20 business days, depending on the production timeline and shipping location.
2. Shipping Delays and Exceptions

Delivery times may vary based on your location or during high-demand periods such as holidays.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Customs inspections
Weather conditions
Issues with the shipping carrier
Tracking information will be provided once your package ships.
3. Holiday and Weekend Shipping Notes

Orders placed during public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery during major holidays may take an additional 3-5 business days due to increased carrier demand.

Shipped from our production facility in China via SF Express International or USPS.
Delivery is door-to-door.
Shipping Time:
Aligners are shipped 10-15 business days after production is completed.
Production typically takes 2-6 weeks after approval of the Treatment Preview.
Total Delivery Time: 20-45 business days (including production and shipping).
Shipping Notifications:
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Use the provided link to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, the package will be returned.
Re-shipping fees apply, and aligners are non-refundable once produced.
3. Retainers
Shipping Fee: Free shipping for all retainer orders.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: No additional customs or duties apply as shipping is limited to the United States.
Shipping Company:
Shipped from our production facility in China via SF Express International or USPS.
Delivery is door-to-door.
Shipping Time:
Retainers are shipped 10-15 business days after production is completed.
Production typically takes 2-5 weeks after receiving impressions.
Total Delivery Time: 20-35 business days (including production and shipping).
Shipping Notifications:
Customers will receive an email with tracking details upon shipment.
Use the provided tracking link to check shipment status.
Delivery Failure:
If delivery fails due to incorrect addresses or customer refusal, re-shipping fees apply.
Retainers are custom-made and are not eligible for refunds.
